Our Base Scripture

“But thanks be to God, Who in Christ always lead us in triumph (as trophies of Christ’s victory) and through us spreads and makes evident the fragrance of knowledge of God everywhere.”  (II Corinthians 2:14)

Our Statement of Faith

We believe in God the creator of heaven and earth.  We believe in His son Jesus the Christ who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, was crucified, dead and buried and resurrected on the third day.  He ascended into Heaven and now sits on the right hand of God our Father –Amen.

Our Mission Statement

To nurture, encourage and mentor men and women of faith, business and community to become empowered by the Word of God and manifest their Kingdom assignments.

Our Purpose

To provide effective and creative monthly fellowships; workshops and quarterly conferences that will inspire and ignite personal growth in God.

Our History

The Ministry was inspired by God on:  April 16th, 2004 in Pikeville, Maryland

Workshops on 'faith' and 'purpose' were created and offered in the Baltimore, Maryland,

South East Washington, D.C. and Fairfax, Virgina.

The heart of the early ministry centered around "faith".  Creative and inspiring workshops, lectures and luncheons were offered monthly and well attended.  In 2001, the FOFM newsletter was created and distributed to local churches in the Baltimore metropolitan areas and S.E. Washington, D.C.  The newsletter featured articles from local clergy, community advocates, social and health issues, gifted artists and poets.   During 2007, FOFM introduced the “Morning Glory” inspiration baskets which served as a fundraiser to support ministry expenses.   Each basket was uniquely designed and purchased by local churches, bridal parties, celebrants for Father’s and Mother’s Day and special ministry and social events.  FOFM continues to lift a voice of concern against domestic violence and sexual assault against minors.  "Silent Tears" workshops have been presented by the Founder in Baltimore County, Silver Spring and Suitland, Maryland.  FOFM also supports those suffering from low self-esteem, self-value and self-worth.  Workshops were presented by the ministry and via partnership with elementary schools and local churchs to speak with children and youth about the issue.

In 2009, the ministry was incorporated by the State of Maryland (FOFMI).   Presently, FOFMI offers monthly fellowships in Pikesville, Tuesday night teleconference, quarterly prophetic breakfast conferences in Hunt Valley, Maryland.  In the March 2011, FOFMI Project CARE ("Christ Arms Reaching Everyone") was launched to support single parents and in September "Beautiful Me" self awareness and etiquette program for youth.  January 2012 the Kingdom Women Teleconference with recorded playback for weekly listeners is offered (formerly SSTC) and the "The Healing Room" for D.V. survivors and those struggling with esteem issues.
